A very $h)cking video has emerged on the internet and it is creating a lot of questions and h@tred. In the video a woman can be seen being tied around the waist with a rope and she is being dr@gged around with a rope. The inc!dent took place in India and the name of the girl is Aparna. According to reports her family was accused of asking for dowry and the police has came to their house to arrest the family. But the family has run away and the woman was left alone. She got sc@red and hid in her neighbors house which made the police officers very angry. So, they decided to tie her with a rope. According to Indian law, handcuffs are not allowed to be used while arresting a female and it is not used on her. But something more bad was done to her. She was tied with a rope and dr@gged around to do medical tests and also to the railway station. It i not sure if she has committed any kind of cr!me but many questions are being raised regarding such inhumanly behavior of the Indian police officer.
